Per Seat Option: Pay per seat/attendee.

Base Rate Option: Pay one fee, which allows unlimited attendees from your government entity/organization to attend. (Government Entity includes: police, fire/EMS, dispatch, and all departments within that entity.)

Any discounts will be applied when the invoice is generated and emailed to the person who registers attendees.
